Simple 5-Step Adoption Process
Follow these steps to welcome your new teacup puppy home with confidence.
Browse Available Puppies
Explore our current available puppies. Each listing includes breed, age, gender, price, and basic information. Click "View Details" to see the full puppy page with additional photos and information.
Inquire & Ask Questions
Contact us about the puppy you're interested in. We'll answer your questions about temperament, health, availability, and the reservation process. We encourage families to take their time and ask everything they need to feel confident.
Place a Reservation
When you're ready, place a refundable $300 reservation fee to hold your chosen puppy. This fee is applied toward the total adoption price. We'll review the reservation agreement and answer any final questions.
Coordinate Pickup or Delivery
We'll work with you to schedule local pickup at our Austin, Texas location or arrange safe nanny delivery to your home. We'll also prepare all health records and documentation.
Welcome Your Puppy Home
The remaining balance is paid at pickup or before delivery. Your puppy arrives with health records, vaccination documentation, care instructions, and our continued lifetime support.
📅 Typical Timeline
- Inquiry to Reservation: Typically 1-7 days, depending on how quickly families feel ready to move forward.
- Reservation to Pickup/Delivery: Usually 1-3 weeks, allowing time for puppy readiness and coordination.
- Lifetime Support: Ongoing — we're always here to answer questions and provide guidance.
